CD ORDERS:

For those ordering any of our individual audio compact discs (CDs), CD sets, or our Hypnobabies Home Study Course, please read: Although many of our customers choose to upload their Hypnobabies CD tracks onto their computers and then download the tracks onto an MP3 player with no problem, occasionally this does not work. This is an issue with the customer’s computer interface, and not with our Hypnobabies CDs. Please contact a computer specialist if you encounter this issue; we are only responsible for the condition of your CDs when they are played on a CD player.

Shipping:

Please be aware that our shipping method is UPS, which does not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for your order to be shipped to. AND......Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of your order. Our UPS ground shipping takes 2-7 business days for United States orders, and since UPS is a private company, they can and do charge more than USPS, and please be aware that UPS determines the shipping rates, not Hypnobabies.

APO orders:

UPS Does not ship to APO addresses, and we want our military families to be able to order Hypnobabies easily, so for APO shipping addresses - please call our office at 714-952-2229 to order with a credit card, Monday - Thursday, 9 AM - 2PM, Pacific time. We will ship by USPS Priority or Express mail.

Hypnobabies Home Study Course for Expectant Mothers:

PLEASE NOTE: Our Hypnobabies Home Study Course for expectant Mothers is a 5 week childbirth hypnosis course. This means that it takes 5 weeks to *learn* the deep hypnosis techniques that will enable you to have a much easier and more comfortable birthing, and then you will need time to *practice them* as well for several weeks. For the best benefit, it is actually optimum for you to have at least 2 months or more time to complete your Hypnobabies course and practice our hypnosis cues and techniques. ** Please order by (at least) 7 months of pregnancy to allow for enough time to complete and practice our childbirth hypnosis course materials and techniques. We want all of our Hypno-Moms to enjoy their baby’s birth to the fullest! Thank you.

Important: Our Hypnobabies Home Study Course for Expectant Mothers is only for expectant mothers to learn and study Hypnobabies on their own; not for hypnosis or birth professionals to learn how to teach Hypnobabies. Here at Hypnobabies, it is extremely important to us that each Hypno-Mom have the best opportunity to experience an easy and comfortable Hypnobabies birth!

Your personal information will not be shared with or sold to any other party and you will not be put any list other than our Hypnobabies database. If you choose not to include the requested information when you order, you will be sent one e-mail request to do so, and when your information is received, your order will be shipped.

Getting your Hypnobabies order filled easily and quickly:

Please Capitalize all Names, Cities and Street Addresses appropriately, and do not write in ALL CAPS.
Please make sure all order fields are filled out.
Please include your real phone number and e-mail address so that if we need to contact you about your order, we can do so. In addition, you will be able to receive our order update e-mails and UPS tracking number e-mails if you use your correct e-mail address; one that you check often.
Please do not use a PO Box in your shipping address since UPS does not ship to them. We need a physical address.
Although we endeavor to ship out our products as quickly as we can, occasionally there are inventory delays, and we will ship as soon as is possible. Please call us if you have special shipping needs.

Hawaii and Alaska Shipping Orders ONLY:

Our regular shipper is UPS and we have our U.S. online shopping cart connected to UPS software, and since they are a private company they can and do change exorbitant rates to ship to Hawaii and Alaska. As a courtesy to our Hawaii and Alaska customers, we offer a shipping option: We can ship USPS Priority or Express, both of which are usually about *1/3* the cost of UPS, and refund you the shipping difference. There is a $5.00 special order fee added to the shipping charges, but the final amount will still be about 1/3 of what UPS charges.

Alaska and Hawaii orders - How to place your order online:

Orders with Alaska and Hawaii shipping destinations, (only) if you would like to ship this way, please *place your order on our website* and in the *Comments* section, please state: “Please ship USPS______(choose a service, Priority or Express)”. We will update your order to “Processing” and notify you in an e-mail that your shipping has changed per your request to the kind you have chosen.

We will then ship as directed, and refund the difference in shipping rates to your credit card. You will be notified when the credit amount is refunded to your credit card, as well as when your package is shipped, and will receive a tracking # from USPS by e-mail.
